Oracle Open World (OOW) is just a few weeks away. It’s going to be a busy week for a lot of people! Rolta TUSC will have a LOT of presentations that week. We have 2 booths at the conference. Numerous demo stations will be at the booth. It’s going to be a fun week! I have 3 presentations. 1 on Monday, 1 Wednesday and the final one Thursday morning. In this presentation, Brad will talk about how to develop a mashup using Oracle Application Express. Traditionally people think of ApEx as being an “Oracle database” tool only - not a mashup tool. However, Brad will show how you can consuming Web Services to access data from any source - Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, Access, Excel, Cloud Databases (like Zoho), etc. In Brad’s presentation titled “Scalable Oracle ApEx” he explains how to create an n-tier architecture for ApEx.
