Lakewood, Colo., July 14, 2009 -The Rolta SOA Center of Excellence, a software division of Rolta and leading provider of agile service-oriented architecture (SOA) solutions, today announced a partnership with Rally® Software that will deliver comprehensive SOA solutions for rapid Return on Investment (ROI). Rolta enables customers to combine its iPerspective™ software toolkit with Rally's solutions for Agile lifecycle management, empowering Agile SOA.
